Free of everything? Still tasty!

Just as a reminder, I'm on the low fat, low carb, low sodium, gluten free "diet"ary restrictions. I make almost everything from scratch, but I just can't give up my kimchee, so the most sodium in the following is from that.
My naturopath wants me to go as much on the vegetarian bent as I can. Being as I have pernicious anemia (B12 deficiency) I'm sticking with one meat dish a day at least (plus supplements)... this is not one of them.
This is lunch tomorrow.

left to right: green "pickled" papaya, little rice cakes under steamed bok choy, kabu kimchi, shirataki noodles stir fried with garlic, ginger, miso, spinach and broccoli.

I'm also taking a peach and some plain yogurt with fresh raspberries and honey for snack.
